Thoughtful Thursday: Fireman station addition

Last week for thoughtful Thursday, Callie decided she wanted to bake some cookies for the firemen at the local station. So we did just that! We already had everything for peanut butter cookies, recipe to follow and she did all of the baking! The only thing I did was turn on the kitchen aid and put the pans in the oven.

We shyly approached the building, having no idea where to go. So we rang the bell... The crew was just finishing lunch and were very excited for a homemade dessert. We had intended to just drop them off, but Callie, Kellen and I ended up getting a full tour! It was awesome...

She even got to get up in the truck with the lights and sirens on, talk about bonus!

When we got home, Callie was giddy from being so sweet and thoughtful, she came up with a whole bunch of new ideas for the other thoughtful Thursday this summer... More to come!
